Graceworks Lutheran Services provides personal and skilled care to low-income seniors and individuals with disabilities across Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. One of its largest ventures is Bethany Village, a continuing care retirement community in Dayton, Ohio. It has a beautiful 100-acre campus with independent living cottages, three apartment buildings, an assisted living building with 72 rooms, and an assisted living memory support unit with around 40 rooms. The community also has a skilled nursing facility with nearly 250 beds and a post-acute care unit to help with people recovering from surgery.
