As a result of this acquisition, Sentrics now has three engagement platforms it owns and markets. According to the company, they will retain the best features of each solution, including Connected Living’s powerful integrations and flexible content management system and the E3 smart room approach. Sentrics also plans on expanding on other capabilities, such as mobile access across all acuity levels. Through the consolidation of all engagement functionality into the Engage360 platform, senior living communities will be able to take advantage of the Sentrics360SM suite, an integrated solution that provides a 360-degree view of the physical, medical, social and behavioral needs of each resident.

“The active market is emerging today and largely underserved,” said McWade. The integration will provide the right engagement tools for each level of acuity. Engagement in independent living will look very different from engagement in skilled nursing.
