| as well as any other components, device, apparatus, system, network, method, software, service, product, or subcomponent or combination thereof included as part of the Silversphere Wireless Nurse Call System, Silversphere Companion One or Silversphere ATMOS Wireless Nurse Call (including the ATMOS mobile app), and the Sentrics Ensure 360 nurse call system (including the Act mobile app); (b) any and all past, current, or future product, service or combination, component, or system of products or services made, have made, used, offered to sell, sold and otherwise distributed, and imported and exported by Sentrics, Inc., Sentrics Holdings, LLC, and/or Silversphere, LLC and any modifications or enhancements thereof, that could by itself and/or by themselves alone and in combination with any other Licensed Product, be alleged to Infringe, at least one claim of at least one Licensed Patents in the absence of a license under this Agreement; and (c) all products of Sentrics, Inc., Sentrics Holdings, LLC, and/or Silversphere, LLC identified or accused by RICMIC of Infringing any claim of any of the Patents-in-Suit in its complaint or infringement contentions. |
