With more than 18 years of dedicated service to our company, Brooke currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, heading up Human Resources for Sentrics. By leveraging her diverse background in administration, customer support, sales support, inside sales, training, system design, engagement, benefits, and her passion for Human Resources, she has made lasting, positive impacts in many facets of the company throughout the years.
Before joining the company, Brooke was a Patient Care Technician and studied for her RN. She performed her clinicals in Senior Living. This sparked her love for helping the Senior Living population and helping people in general. Silversphere/Sentrics was a perfect fit for both passions, allowing her to support an amazing team, who support an amazing industry.
Brooke was chosen by her peers for our prestigious company accolade, the Go-Giver award, in 2021. She graduated from the Resolved Leadership Academy in 2020 and was also Team Member of the Year in 2006. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Supervision and Management and is a member of SHRM.
In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her family and friends, eat delicious food, and is an avid reader.
