After high school, Tom served in the U.S. Army as a member of the 101st Airborne Division during Operation Desert Shield/Storm. Following his military service, he graduated from Auburn University and launched his career in the construction industry. For ten years, he served as the President of a major construction company operating throughout Florida. He then spent five years as the President of Silversphere, where he played a key role in driving growth and innovation. Tom’s passion for the senior living industry began during his time at Silversphere and has continued throughout his career. Now serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Sentrics, he remains dedicated to enhancing senior living communities by providing innovative solutions that improve the quality of care and support for residents and caregivers alike.
